The heart – it makes us better at every level individually and collectively.
While separation, conflict, mistrust, and misunderstanding continue to create chaos within societies and between nations, there’s a stronger force emerging with an even greater momentum – that force is the heart and it’s awakening in millions of people around the world.
Increasing numbers of people are experiencing their heart’s stirring and reaching out. For some it’s a quiet pull or nudge to connect and participate, while for others it’s a powerful need to step up and act in ways that facilitate togetherness and meaningful heart-felt connection.
Our Add Heart Call host, Deborah Rozman, HeartMath CEO and President, will be joined by Gavin Andrews, Managing Director of HeartMath in the UK and Ireland to talk about a growing heart-directed movement that’s currently happening throughout the world. It’s happening with people who want to connect more with their own heart and with the hearts of others. This is what inspired Gavin to start the “WeAddHeart” initiative, an international momentum of small groups coming together, online, to experience simple but powerful heart-focused meditations and practices. These practices are improving personal health and happiness, while helping participants feel they are energetically playing a part in raising social and global consciousness with the aim of creating greater fairness, understanding and peace between peoples and nations.
Deborah and Gavin will discuss their observations of the momentum of heart awakening and how why people’s hearts are saying now is the time to bring our lofty, idealistic dreams of peace and equality down to earth and into reality. People are realizing they have to take a heart stand to do this for themselves, their country and the planet.
An outcome of the global pandemic is the recognition that although physically separated we can still come together in the heart online and make a difference with initiatives like WeAddHeart, which provide a platform for accelerated heart awakening and connection.
We’ll close with a heart-focused meditation to energize this growing heart awakening and our personal role in this momentum through our deeper care and connection.
